CANCELLATION POLICY:

Tuition fees cannot be refunded, but in some cases may be credited toward another program or workshop.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in information will be provided for each event separately. Please contact info@tantradoctor if you have additional needs or questions.

FACILITIES:

We will provide information regarding accomodations when possible, please send us an email at info@tantradoctor.com for this purpose if needed. Otherwise please contact the facility directly for accomodations, location directions, and meal/dining options.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Dr Debora Meitz is functioning in the capacity of an educator and coach in these events and is not able to provide medical services or give medical advice. However we are very happy to assist you in finding the appropriate medical, mental health, or spiritual support if you should need it. Please make us aware of any health problems before the beginning of a retreat or program so that we can be of the greatest support to you. We also ask that you provide the name and contact info for a friend or relative in the case any medical situation may arise.
